Nuestro café clásico liofilizado en nueva presentación de 150 gr! Se disuelve perfectamente en agua o leche. Café soluble que ha sido sometido a un proceso de deshidratación a bajas temperaturas que permite preservar el sabor y aroma.

Recipe preparation:

    Measure a portion of pancake mix into a small well and place in a bowl.

    Measure 1 and 1⁄2 wells of milk into an equal-sized well and add to the bowl.

    Add 1 tablespoon of freeze-dried coffee to the bowl together with the milk (stir until the coffee is diluted in the mixture).

    Preheat frying pan with butter

    Add enough mixture to the pan and make circular movements covering the edges of the pan.

    Wait for adequate cooking (golden brown edges of the crepe) and once ready, turn the dough over to cook the other side.
