Prepare the coffee: Be sure to have the Sierra Nevada Juan Valdez coffee concentrate ready. The freshness of the freshly brewed coffee will enhance the flavor of the affogato.

In a heat resistant bowl, slowly melt the chocolate pieces with caramel. You can do it in a bain-marie or in the microwave, making sure not to burn it.

Assemble the affogato: Place the scoop of caramel ice cream in a glass or cup.
Pour the melted chocolate over the ice cream, allowing it to mix slightly.
Finally, pour the hot espresso over the ice cream and chocolate. -
