REQUIREMENTS
For the development of the Juan Valdez® business concept, we are looking for committed, collaborative and active economic groups or companies with knowledge in the sector. The main characteristics in terms of experience, business plan and capital that we look for in our franchisees are:
EXPERIENCE
We are looking for companies that have a minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise management, with stores in the retail, food or beverage business.
Ideally these companies should be multi-brand or with other current franchises that allow diluting some back office costs.EXPERIENCE

BUSINESS PLAN
As part of the process, we request a business plan that meets the potential market.This should be for five years and include the macroeconomic context, key data and trends in the coffee market, the competitive environment, market opportunities and, in addition, a growth plan (strategies and expected openings). The growth plan should specify the store formats detailed below.
CAPITAL
The company that will operate the business must have equity in accordance with the franchise model to be agreed upon and liquid assets of at least USD250,000 per store.
