He has worked in leading companies in the rice sector such as Roa and Florhuila. He was operations manager of the Roa Florhuila Organization, corporate manager of Flexo Spring, co-founder of Agroindustria Los Altares and currently serves as operations manager of the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia.

She was President of the Community Action Board of her community and councilwoman of Timaná, Huila. She is a member of the Departmental Committee of Coffee Growers of Huila and has more than 10 years of experience as a trial lawyer. Since 2021, she has been working as a public defender in the Ombudsman’s Office.
