Through this promotion, customers will be able to purchase one of the following combos (hereinafter the “Gabo Combos”) depending on the city where each TJV is located:

For Juan Valdez Coffee Shops located in the city of Bogotá D.C., customers may purchase one (1) Medium Cappuccino and one (1) Cheese Stick for a total value of COP $13,600.

By virtue of this benefit, customers who make purchases equal to or greater than forty thousand pesos ($40,000) on a single invoice will receive one (1) free Ninara thermos in red or black.

To access this benefit, the customer must present the corresponding invoice to the cashier. The thermoses will be available while stocks last. Once the customer has redeemed the thermos, the invoice presented by the customer cannot be used again to receive additional thermoses. T&C 15% DISCOUNT FOR UNICENTRO EMPLOYEES

Offer from PROCAFECOL S.A. Valid only at the Juan Valdez Coffee Shop, Unicentro Bogotá, from April twenty-four (24) to April twenty-seven (27), two thousand and twenty-four (2024). By means of this promotion, employees of Ciudadela Comercial Unicentro – Propiedad Horizontal (hereinafter “Unicentro”) will receive a fifteen percent (15%) discount on the purchase of hot and cold drinks and pastries. T&C Points JV – Almacenes de Cadena

Promotion offered by PROCAFECOL S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) By purchasing two (2) or more units of Juan Valdez® packaged coffee at selected stores (hereinafter the “Points of Sale”), the customer will be entitled to claim a voucher entitling them to a 15% discount on the purchase of drinks and pastries at Juan Valdez Coffee Shops operated directly by the Company.

To receive the voucher, the customer must present an invoice to the Juan Valdez® brand promoter showing the purchase of packaged coffee units at authorized points of sale. Once the customer has presented the invoice to the Juan Valdez® brand promoter, this document cannot be used again by the customer to receive additional vouchers. The invoice presented by the customer must be issued by the same Point of Sale where the voucher is requested.

This promotion will begin on April twenty-fifth (25), two thousand and twenty-four (2024), and end on May thirty-first (31), of the same year. However, customers will have until June sixteenth (16), two thousand and twenty-four (2024), to redeem the voucher at Juan Valdez Coffee Shops. Once this period of time has elapsed, the customer will not have any right to request the 15% discount on the products indicated herein. The redemption of beverages and pastry items is subject to the availability of products and supplies at each Juan Valdez Coffee Shop. Selected Points of Sale:

T&C Points JV – Almacenes Éxito

Promotion offered by PROCAFECOL S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”). By purchasing Juan Valdez® brand red and/or freeze-dried products (hereinafter the “Products”) at selected Éxito Stores (hereinafter the “Point of Sale”), the customer will have access to a series of points (hereinafter the “JV Points”) that can be used to redeem the gifts detailed below.

To receive JV Points, the customer must present an invoice to the Juan Valdez® brand promoter showing the purchase of the Product units by the customer at the respective Point of Sale. The promoter will then give the customer a card to keep track of the JV Points accumulated. In this way, depending on the number of units of Juan Valdez® Products that the customer purchases, the promoter will stick on a sticker that will allow the customer to see the number of JV Points collected. Once the customer has presented the purchase receipt to the Juan Valdez® promoter, it cannot be used again by the customer to receive additional JV Points.

The number of JV Points received by the customer will depend on the number of units of the

Juan Valdez® Product purchased, in accordance with the following guidelines:

For the purchase of 2 units of Juan Valdez® Products, the customer will receive 100 JV Points.
For the purchase of 3 units of Juan Valdez® Products, the customer will receive 200 JV Points.
For the purchase of 4 units of Juan Valdez® Products, the customer will receive 400 JV Points.

The delivery of the card, the redemption of the JV Points and the respective exchange to receive the gifts

must be done before the Juan Valdez® promoter who is at the respective Point of Sale.

Once the customer has redeemed their gift, the JV Points used for that exchange will not be available again for use in obtaining other gifts.

JV points can be used to redeem any of the following gifts:

With 100 JV Points you can redeem a Juan Valdez® bag in cambrel.
With 300 JV Points, the customer will be able to redeem a Juan Valdez mug.
With 400 JV Points, the customer will be able to redeem a 350 ml French Press.

The present promotion will begin on the fifteenth (15th) of April of two thousand and twenty-four (2024) and end on the thirtieth (30th) of June of the same year. However, customers will have until July 31, 2024 to redeem the gifts using JV Points. After this period, the customer will not have any right to claim any of the gifts specified in this text, regardless of whether they have JV Points. The redemption of JV Points will be subject to the availability of gifts at the Point of Sale. The delivery of cards, as well as the redemption of JV Points and gifts, will take place on days when the Juan Valdez® promoter is available at the Point of Sale. The opening hours will be as follows: from eleven in the morning (11:00 a.m.) to two in the afternoon (2:00 p.m.) and from three in the afternoon (3:00 p.m.) to six in the evening (6:00 p.m.).

Promotion offered by Procafecol S.A. Valid from March 6, 2024 to May 31, 2024. Available only at the Juan Valdez Stores at the Andes University, the Externado University, the Andes Service Center, the Javeriana University, the EAFIT University and the El Bosque University. Monday: medium-sized (300 ml) slushies for $8,000. Tuesday: medium-sized (300 ml) milkshakes for $11,100. Wednesday: chocolate cake for $8,000. Thursday: medium hot chai (175 ml) for $8,900. Friday: medium nevado de arequipe (300 ml) for $10,900. Subject to store availability. Not combinable with other promotions or Juan Valdez points. Terms and conditions of Juan Valdez® Gift Cards

The following terms and conditions are applicable to Juan Valdez® Gift Cards (hereinafter “Gift Cards”) issued by Procafecol S.A.

General: These Terms and Conditions apply to Gift Cards purchased at our Juan Valdez® physical points of sale. By purchasing and/or using a Juan Valdez® Gift Card, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Procafecol S.A. reserves the right to interpret, modify or terminate the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Gift Cards can be used as a form of payment exclusively in Juan Valdez® physical stores in Colombia. They cannot be used in franchises, the Juan Valdez App, E-Commerce or delivery platforms. You can use the Gift Card to pay for all or part of the total amount in any of our physical stores, using it on its own or combining it with other payment methods.
Validity: The Juan Valdez® Gift Card is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of activation. Once the validity period has expired, the Gift Card cannot be used to make purchases, it cannot be reactivated, and no refunds can be made for the unused balance.
Returns: Requests to return products purchased with a Juan Valdez® Gift Card must be made at any of our physical stores in Colombia.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Once the Gift Card has been activated or reloaded at the time of purchase, the money cannot be refunded.
