REQUIREMENTS
- Be an active shareholder of PROCAFECOL during the entire process.
- Be registered in the Coffee Information System (SICA) of the National Federation of Coffee Growers.
- Comply with the following physical and sensory conditions of a regional type coffee:
- a. Clean cup
- b. Compliance with the yield factor 94
- c. Humidity of parchment coffee between 10% and 12%.
- d. Group 1 defects: maximum 1.5%.
- e. Borer: maximum 2%.
