Definition of sustainability guidelines for the international operation of Juan Valdez stores.
The guidelines cover 13 main social, environmental and governance (ESG) dimensions, enabling the management of the main impacts of Juan Valdez’s international expansion, with sustainability as a strategic axis.
During 2024 we have been working on the regionalization of these guidelines, taking into account the minimum requirements of each region (LATAM, Central America and the Caribbean, North America, Asia, Middle East and Europe).
Compliance and compliance support with respect to regulatory frameworks such as the European Union’s Deforestation-Free Chains Regulation, Human Rights Due Diligence and environmental regulations in countries.
Accompanying the development of the sustainability strategy with Spain, Mexico, Chile, the United States, Turkey, and soon Brazil and China.
